Return Policy for mybouteek

At mybouteek we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased, we are here to help with our hassle-free return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

 1.1 Time Frame:

 You may return eligible items within 7 (seven) U.S. calendar days from the date of delivery.

 1.2 Condition:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return: 

2.1 Online Returns:

a. Log in to your account and go to "Orders"

b. Click "Request return" on the order containing the items you wish to return

c. Select the items that you want to return

d. "Select a reason" from the drop down for each item you want to return

e. Finalize by clicking "Request return" 

Follow any other provided instructions to initiate the return process.

2.2 Guest Returns: 

Contact our Customer Support team at to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

 3.1 For Hygiene Reasons:

 Beauty and personal care products, including cosmetics, skincare, and grooming   items, cannot be returned.

 3.2 Final Sale Items:

 Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.

 3.3 Items noted as "Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable" in the product description cannot be returned or exchanged

4. Return Shipping: 

4.1 Cost: 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items. 

4.2 Packaging:

Please securely pack the items to be returned and include the original packing slip.

5. Refunds: 

5.1 Processing Time:

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 (seven) - 10 (ten) U.S. business days for the refund to be processed. 

5.2 Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Exchanges:

6.1 Product Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

7.1 Reporting:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 (seven) U.S. calendar days of receiving your order.

7.2 Resolution:

We will provide a prepaid return label for the damaged or incorrect item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
